I’m Dan Hopwood. I run Fidero, a data platform for subscription businesses. The entire company runs on AI agents – code, audits, strategy, sales.

That claim tends to get a reaction. Fair enough. This site is where I show my working and share the secrets publicly.

I’ve spent 12+ years in data and analytics, building infrastructure for B2C subscription companies from seed to scale-up. I also mentor at Seedcamp.
